As we transition to the 2024-2025 school year, we want to organize our athletic teams to best meet the needs of our student athletes! This provides the AD with an updated and accurate contact list to work from as he sets up teams and co-ops for the school year.
Please fill out the form below for each athlete in your household who will/wants to participate in any sport for grades 5 – 8. This will include all SCAA and IESA sporting teams.
