Pee Wee Basketball registration is open for children in grades PK4 through 4th grade. Please complete the registration form below and submit before Decemeber 15th to register your child.
If you wish to pay in cash please download and print the registration form located at the bottom of the page and return it to the school office by Dec. 15th.
